Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason:

• Include a note with your invoice explaining the reason for return.

• Return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Return Postage Costs

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If an item is received faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, an alternative option after discussion, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• In cases of faulty or damaged items, up to £8 return postage costs will be reimbursed, provided a valid postage receipt is included.

Verification of Faults

We take clear photos and videos of every bat before dispatch. These are used to verify any claims of damage or faults.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this return policy:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect

• Normal wear and tear
